Step Four: Accountability And Responsibility—to sustain confidence

Accountability (One to two hour meeting with your consultant)
At each anniversary of your Transformational Plan, our team provides an annual account or assessment of your plan’s status and progress towards achieving True Wealth. At this meeting, we will review billing notices, account statements, and other financial statements. Your consultant will answer the following question: (1) Have we created value for you in the past year; (2) What will be do to create value for you next year; and (3) Why should you continue to do business with our firm..
Responsibility
An offshoot of accountability is responsibility. It is working together with you to keep your plan on target. However, within this segment and step it is assumed that each individual family has a substantial responsibility for following through with their Transformational Plan. We also have a part to play in this process. It is our responsibility to help you keep your Transformational Plan on track and headed towards True Wealth within your True Values system.
Sustaining Confidence
The accountability and responsibility process will keep and maintain your Transformational Plan in existence. Only with full trust: the belief in the powers, trustworthiness, and reliability of the plan will self-confidence; self-reliance; assurance manifest itself as confidence in your life.
