Step Two: Design, Refine, and Enhance —to establish focus

Client Centered

Design (Back-office design team and your consultant)

Our design team analyzes your Confidential Client Profile. They then prepare a recommended Transformational Plan for you. This plan will be value-based oriented and formulated your unique goals. Your Transformational Plan, which comprises as many as 60 pages of charts and graphs, normally requires two-to-three weeks to complete.

Refine (One to two hour meeting with your consultant)

This one to two hour meeting ensures your understanding of the necessary financial principles and practices needed to implement your Transformational Plan. We also present the initial recommended plan formulated by our design team based on your Confidential Client Portfolio and unique goals. If there are any questions or concerns about the recommended plan, we address these during this meeting.

Enhance (If necessary, a One hour meeting with your consultant)

After you have had time to digest your initial Transformational Plan, we then present the revised plan, which incorporates your questions and concerns. We will go over the strategies and tactics involved in implementation. After you finalize the Transformational Plan, our staff completes the Action Plan that puts the plan into action.

Establishing Focus

The goal of this step is to concentrate your attention and energy, just as the lenses in a camera create a single focal point, on the unique goals of your Transformational Plan. So that finding the maximum clarity from your core values will lead to an intense focus towards implementing and attaining your Transformational Plan.
